Here’s a little but about Me
Living in Auckland I enjoy family time, especially my grandson, walking my two dogs, boating, yoga and running. I am a big foodie, love to cook, and I’m a big fan of the writers festival and film festival. I also love singing and enjoy being part of the Stimmung Community Choir, performing every year at Q theatre, the choir is is run and lead by the amazingly talented Robin Kelly.
As a marriage celebrant I have been lucky enough to officiate in some amazing locations from vineyards to backyards, contemporary to classic I love getting to know you and hearing about your wedding ideas and plans then crafting wedding ceremonies that resonates for you.
This is where we spend our summer holidays from late Dec - to the end of Jan. Having a foot in both camps means I am available to officiate weddings in and around the amazing iconic Marlborough locations over this time.
Wedding and Funeral Celebrant
Point of Difference:
With a back ground in theatre I have a good grounding in ceremony structure and what works and flows within a ceremonial space. As a Speech and Drama teacher, and with a Diploma in Professional Speaking,
I mindful of delivering ceremony with sincerity and authenticity. I am well spoken with an easy natural speaking style that suits the occasion.
I am a professionally trained, experienced, and registered celebrant, with a certificate in celebrant studies from, The Celebrant School, I am also a member of CANZ (Celebrant Association of New Zealand) and have a VCANZ accreditation.
Selecting the right celebrant plays a pivotal role in crafting a wedding ceremony that speaks to you and who are as a couple. I work closely with couples getting to know you, how you meet, how you fell in love and all the fun adventures along the way. Then I get busy creating your bespoke wedding ceremony. One that is unique to you. I am committed to giving you a memorable wedding ceremony, a day that will stay in the hearts and minds of family and friends forever.
Now just at quick update on where I am currently located!!!
As we are building a house in Westmere, Auckland, I will be living in our bach in the Marlborough Sounds, for the next 8 months and tripping to Auckland for site visits and to see my family and friends.
I am still open for business in Auckland and Marlborough for weddings, however I am only available for End of Life Ceremonies in Marlborough over this time.
